Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! Working with our postal partners we aim to get international orders to customers within 7-10 days. We are obviously dependant on our postal partners once the good leave our shop.
Can you give me advice on the products I want to buy and my guitars?

The Only Frets team is made up from guitar technicians and luthiers with 1000's of hours of working on guitars. If time allows, we will be happy to help.
Can you fit the parts to my guitar?

If you live in the UK, Only Frets can work with our sister company, Ackworth Guitar Setups to fit any products purchased from us. There will be additional charges for this service.
Is Only Frets run by guitar technicians?

Only Frets was set up by Tristan Johnson, the founder and Master Luthier at Ackworth Guitar Setups based in the UK.
