Shipping Policy
All orders are sent via Royal Mail unless otherwise stated. For orders of higher value (over £50) we will post these 2nd Class Signed For.

For international orders – please get in touch with us first so we can give you an accurate costing for the shipping.

As with all postal services, Royal Mail is currently seeing a huge influx of postal requests so standard delivery times will be extended. We ask you to please be patient in these times as this is out of our hands.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you purchased online, you can return your item within 30 days even if you have opened it for inspection. It must be returned as new and where possible, in its original packaging. If you purchased in store, you can return your item within 30 days in its unopened and sealed packaging along with proof of purchase (excludes paint).
Following The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, we will accept items back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. You are entitled to a refund as long as you inform us of your decision to cancel within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery of the goods. You can examine the goods as you would in a shop but to obtain a full refund you must not start using them, install them or input any data/software. The goods must be in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with them.
